One of my favorite things about creating custom artwork is that sometimes people bring me ideas I never would have imagined on my own. This one started with two horses, a barn friendship, and a vision. A fedora with a horse, flowing mane, a straw cowboy hat, turquoise details, and feathers inspired by two special horses. And honestly? A hat was not on my website. That is the fun part. The website shows examples, not limits. Some of my favorite projects begin with, "I have an idea..." and end with something completely unique that means something to the person receiving it. Behind every small business there are a thousand little things holding it together. Coffee cups that should probably be washed. Open boxes. Paint brushes that have somehow multiplied. Last week I confidently announced I was keeping Bee. This week I’m sitting in uncertainty again. Not because she’s a bad horse. Quite the opposite actually. Bee is athletic, smart, sensitive, reactive, and incredibly capable. The harder question is whether I can become the rider she truly needs, and whether loving a horse automatically means you’re the right long-term fit for each other. This week’s Weekly Buzz is less about riding and more about anxiety, discernment, nervous systems, difficult decisions, and learning that sometimes wisdom looks a lot like uncertainty.
