Once you’ve approved the design and we’ve started painting, changes are generally not possible. However, we’ll work closely with you during the design phase to ensure everything is perfect before we begin.

Handling:

Dust the artwork regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a feather duster.
Do not use water, cleaning sprays, or harsh chemicals on the surface.
Display:
Keep artwork away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Avoid displaying in humid areas such as bathrooms or near kitchens where moisture or grease could affect the painting.
Maintain a stable room temperature to protect the materials from warping or cracking.
Framing and Protection:
If unframed, consider having the piece professionally framed to protect the edges and surface.
Use UV-protective glass if framing to shield the artwork from light damage.
Storage:
Store artwork in a cool, dry place if not being displayed.
Lay flat with acid-free materials between the paintings, and never stack heavy objects on top.
Transport:
When moving artwork, wrap it in acid-free tissue paper or bubble wrap to prevent damage.
Avoid sharp objects or heavy impacts that could puncture or scratch the surface.
Inflation
Proper inflation is important to avoid paint cracking. Balls will lose air in colder temperatures.
Check the inflation recommendation on your ball and keep inflated to that level.
